There are 2 basic types of affiliate program payment arrangements offered by Andrea Callahan International:

Pay-per-sale (also called cost-per-sale): We pays an affiliate when the affiliate sends them a customer who purchases something. In some instances we pay the affiliate a percentage of the sale and in other we pay a fixed amount per sale.
Pay-per-lead (cost-per-lead): We also pay affiliates based on the number of visitors referred who sign up as leads. This simply means the visitor fills out some requested information at our site, which we may use as a sales for lead for a coaching program, business club or mastermind group.

There is one variation on these basic payment plans:

Residual Programs: Affiliates in these programs continue earning revenue off a visitor they send to the site if the visitor continues to purchase goods or services from us. For example this applies to clients who enroll in one of our subscription programs like the Realm of Excellence Newsletter and the Ten Faces of Success Private Membership or private areas like the Mastermind forum in the Dream Achievers Forum.
