The intention:

Our goal is to approach life's daily hurdles with boldness and use reflection to recognize and amplify our courageous acts.

The set up:

Find a compass or a symbolic item that resonates with guidance and direction.

Daily challenge:

Aim to do one thing daily that slightly pushes you out of your comfort zone.

Reflect:

At day's end, contemplate how you felt before, during, and after confronting that challenge. Share your experience in a journal or digital note on your device.

Speak your words into existence:
